Nasce dalla vinificazione in bianco di uve Magliocco con coltivazione dedicata.
E’ vinificato in acciaio dopo macerazione prefermentativa sul fecce grosse e lungo affinamento su fecce di fini di fermentazione periodicamente messe in sospensione.
Il vino esprime bene la vocazione del Magliocco a essere vinificato in rosa come è d’uso nelle tradizionei del sud e di molte aree della Calabria.
Si sposa bene alla cucina di mare e di terra a base di vegetali e carni bianche. E’ un ottimo e fidato compagno nelle calde sere d’estate
