Dopo un’accurata selezione delle uve, raccolte nelle ore più fresche della giornata al fine di preservare gli aromi, le stesse, una volta diraspate vengono sottoposte ad una soffice pressatura. Il mosto, illimpidito in maniera statica a freddo, fermenta in acciaio con i naturali lieviti indigeni presenti sulle uve, alla temperatura di 16 gradi. Il vino affina sulle proprie fecce nobili in acciaio per cinque mesi
Degustazione: vino dal colore rosa antico, con profumi ed aromi di piccoli frutti rossi, sentori agrumati e speziati e leggera nota floreale. Al sorso è avvolgente, sapido, con un finale di grande piacevolezza e persistenza
Grado alcolico: 13% vol
Abbinamento gastronomico: ottimo come aperitivo, crudi di pesce, formaggi freschi, carni bianche
