Dopo un’ accurata selezione delle uve, raccolte nelle ore più fresche della giornata al fine di preservarne gli aromi, le stesse, una volta diraspate, vengono sottoposte a lunga macerazione a contatto con le bucce e sottoposte a brevi rimontaggi quotidiani. Fermenta in acciaio con i naturali lieviti indigeni presenti sulle uve, a temperatura controllata. Successivamente riposa in bottiglia per ulteriori 6 mesi
Degustazione: vino dal colore rosso rubino, tendente al granato. Intense note fruttate, floreali e leggermente speziate accompagnate da sensazioni balsamiche ed ematiche. Pulito e fresco all’assaggio, trama ricca e succosa

Abbinamento gastronomico: ottimo per accompagnare pietanze a base di carne
